Ingredients for Ramadan Special Aloo Papri Chaat

  • Aloo half KG
  • Papri six pieces
  • Sev
  • Oil A quarter cup
  • Curry leaves eight to ten
  • Cumin – A tablespoon
  • Rye – half a tablespoon
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red Chile – A quarter teaspoon
  • Turmeric. A teaspoon
  • Tamarind pulp A quarter cup
  • Chaat masala. A quarter teaspoon
  • Green Chili – four pieces

First of all peel potatoes and boil. Now heat a quarter cup of oil in a pan and fry it with curry leaves, cumin, and rye. Add salt, red pepper, turmeric, and tamarind pulp and fry a little. Then add potatoes, chaat spices, and green chilies, mix and take off. Now take it out of the dish and serve with chopped papri and dal sev.
